      <image:title>About</image:title>
<image:caption>Elise Melito Sign Language Interpreter Elise fell in love with yoga healing a running injury in 2016, but quickly recognized the power of being with her body and mind. She was less stressed, more fulfilled, and more connected with the messages from her body. After developing a strong personal practice, the desire to share these benefits led her to complete a 200 HR Yoga Teacher Training in 2019, followed by the completion of a 300 HR Yoga Teacher Training with Authentic Movements in 2022. Her style can be described as calm, spiritual, and fluid. Utilizing knowledge of biomechanics in movement while simultaneously encouraging students to tap into their own inner wisdom.</image:caption>
